1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Giwa Gardens Water Park app and booking system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Free Entry & Safety Gear

Entry to Giwa Gardens is free, and safety gear is provided at no cost, on the condition that you select and pay for at least one park experience. If you choose not to select an experience, standard entry fees may apply at the gate.

3. Experiences & Pricing

• Online prices are the best available rates and include a discount.
• Paying at the venue incurs a 32% surcharge on experience prices.
• Compulsory accidental insurance (₦2,500) and professional photography (₦2,000) fees apply per transaction when any experience is selected.
• ₦2,000 experiences grant access for a 15-minute photoshoot only, after which visitors must exit.

4. Bookings & Reservations

• Bookings are tied to the selected visit date and time slot.
• Free tickets and safety gear are issued upon registration and confirmed after experience selection.
• Annual Pass holders may change their visit date once per reservation.
• All visitors must have at least one experience selected to enjoy the park.

5. Payments

• We accept Paystack, Hydrogen, bank transfer, and pay-at-venue options.
• Bank transfer payments require proof upload and are verified within 24 hours.
• Online payments are confirmed instantly.
• Pay-at-venue orders must be settled at the experience desk on arrival.

6. Meals, Merchandise & Gear

• Meal, merchandise, and gear orders are prepared or issued upon presentation of your order number at the park.
• Once an order is marked as served or collected, it cannot be claimed again.
• Stock is limited — sold-out items cannot be ordered.
• Gear rental items must be returned after use. Lost or damaged gear may incur replacement fees.

7. Liability Waiver

By visiting Giwa Gardens, you are bound to the terms and conditions of using the park and accept all liabilities for your own safety and well-being. The use of park attractions involves inherent risks. You release Giwa Gardens from all liability for injury or loss and agree to abide by all park rules and entry conditions. A full liability waiver is available for review and download within the app.

8. Safety Requirements

• All visitors must watch the mandatory safety video before entering the park.
• Safety gear must be worn as directed by park staff.
• Visitors must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at the details below. Annual Pass fees are non-refundable once the pass is activated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials within the Giwa Gardens app are the property of Giwa Gardens Water Park and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
