Important Notice for Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Children under one meter in height are not allowed to enter the pirate ship area, including the pool. Some equipment is only suitable for visitors over 1.2 meters in height.
  • Child visitors are not allowed to enter the pirate ship without the permission of the guardian. Children must be accompanied by a guardian when playing.
  • Dangerous behaviour such as climbing guardrails, intentionally damaging equipment, chasing and playing in the pirate ship, etc., is strictly prohibited.
  • Visitors can only enter the ship after receiving instructions and assistance from the guardian. Visitors must not slide prematurely before the guardian issues instructions.

General Safety Rules

Are there any height or weight restrictions for the rides?

Yes. Weight limits generally range from 40kg to 90kg, and height limits from 1.4m to 2m. Please review our Safety Guidelines for full details. 

What safety gear is required or recommended?

The following safety items are mandatory: Life Jacket, Floating Tube, and Towel. These must be purchased in addition to your ticket. 

What are Giwa Gardens’ opening hours?

Are pets allowed at the park?

No. Pets are not allowed inside Giwa Gardens Water Park for the safety and comfort of all guests. 

Do you have an emergency medical station in the park?

Yes, there is a medic station at the park to handle injuries, with the option to call an ambulance if required in an emergency. Access to this is included as a mandatory add-on to all tickets bought by park visitors. The medic provides primary healthcare services such as cleaning minor wounds and burns, applying bandages and dressings, removing debris from the eyes, administering OTCs, cauterisation, and CPR.
