Important Notice for Water Wave Experiences
  • Water depth ranges from 0-1.7 meters. Do not go beyond the warning line. If you are not a strong swimmer, avoid deep water.
  • Cooperate with lifeguard management and avoid diving, underwater swimming, and running or playing around the poolside.
  • Do not stand on the air bubbles.
  • Do not wear glasses or sunglasses when entering the pool area.
  • Enter and exit the wave pool from the shallow end (front end).
  • Children under 12 years old and under 1.1 meters in height, as well as elderly people, must be accompanied by an adult when water depth is greater than 0.6 meters.

General Safety Rules

Are there any height or weight restrictions for the rides?

What safety gear is required or recommended?

The following safety items are mandatory: Life Jacket, Floating Tube, and Towel. These must be purchased in addition to your ticket. 

What are Giwa Gardens’ opening hours?

Are pets allowed at the park?

No. Pets are not allowed inside Giwa Gardens Water Park for the safety and comfort of all guests. 

Do you have an emergency medical station in the park?

Yes, there is a medic station at the park to handle injuries, with the option to call an ambulance if required in an emergency. Access to this is included as a mandatory add-on to all tickets bought by park visitors. The medic provides primary healthcare services such as cleaning minor wounds and burns, applying bandages and dressings, removing debris from the eyes, administering OTCs, cauterisation, and CPR.
