Giwa Gardens Annual Family Pass - Terms and Conditions

1. Pass Usage & Booking:
   1. The Annual Family Pass grants access to Giwa Gardens for a family of five (5) with a maximum of five (5) visits per year.
   2. Only one (1) booking can be made at a time and must be reserved in advance through the Giwa Gardens booking portal.
   3. Bookings are subject to availability with two slots offered daily:
          •    Morning Slot: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
          •    Evening Slot: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
   4. The pass must be used for the allocated date and time slot. Failure to attend during the booked time will result in the pass being considered used for that visit.
   5. All five passes must be used within the year of issue. Unused passes do not carry over to the following year.
2. Non-Transferable & Family Assignment:
   1. The Annual Family Pass is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the five (5) registered family members.
   2. Passes must be assigned to each family member at the time of purchase and cannot be reassigned.
3. ⁠Ticket Type & Value:
   1. The pass includes entry equivalent to the value of Giwa Gardens Fast Track tickets (₦75,000 per visit).
   2. The pass cannot be used for premium event tickets or any special event tickets that exceed the value of Fast Track tickets.
4. ⁠Safety Gear & Exclusions:
   1. Included in the pass is standard safety gear for each family member per visit, valued at ₦15,000 per visit. This includes:
          •    One (1) towel per person
          •    One (1) life jacket per person
          •    One (1) floating tube per person
   2. The pass does not cover food, drinks, accessories, or merchandise beyond the included safety gear.
5. ⁠Refund & Cancellation Policy:
       •    The Annual Family Pass is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. ⁠Mandatory Accidental Insurance:
   1. Each registered family member must pay a mandatory accidental insurance fee of ₦2,000 per visit as required by the Lagos State Safety Commission. This fee is not included in the pass price and must be paid separately.
7. Pricing & VAT:
   1. The Annual Family Pass costs ₦68,000 for the year, excluding VAT.
8. General Provisions:
   1. All bookings and usage are subject to Giwa Gardens’ general policies and safety regulations.
   2. Giwa Gardens reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of the Annual Family Pass without prior notice.
