Important Notice for The Python
  • When using the equipment, you must obey the instructions of the on-site staff and carry it out under the guidance of the staff.
  • Only one visitor is allowed per time, the next one can exit the slide after previous visitor leaves the buffer tank.
  • Passengers must read the "Instructions for Passengers" carefully before riding, and do not climb over the fence when getting on and off the platform.
  • Before sliding, passengers must wait outside the safety red line.
  • Do not climb over the fence when getting on and off the platform.
  • In case of strong winds or thunderstorms, this slide will be temporarily closed. Please leave the platform quickly and take shelter in the rest pavilion.

General Safety Rules

Are there any height or weight restrictions for the rides?

Yes. Weight limits generally range from 40kg to 90kg, and height limits from 1.4m to 2m. Please review our Safety Guidelines for full details. 

What safety gear is required or recommended?

The following safety items are mandatory: Life Jacket, Floating Tube, and Towel. These must be purchased in addition to your ticket. 

What are Giwa Gardens’ opening hours?

Are pets allowed at the park?

No. Pets are not allowed inside Giwa Gardens Water Park for the safety and comfort of all guests. 

Do you have an emergency medical station in the park?

Yes, there is a medic station at the park to handle injuries, with the option to call an ambulance if required in an emergency. Access to this is included as a mandatory add-on to all tickets bought by park visitors. The medic provides primary healthcare services such as cleaning minor wounds and burns, applying bandages and dressings, removing debris from the eyes, administering OTCs, cauterisation, and CPR.
