Conditions of Entry – Giwa Gardens
By entering Giwa Gardens, all guests agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. These rules are modeled on global best practices and apply to all visitors.
Entry is valid only for the date and time assigned on your ticket.
Guests must present a valid ticket for entry.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest not complying with these rules.
To maintain safety, certain attractions have strict limitations.
Height Restrictions: Clearly posted at each attraction. Guests must meet minimum height requirements to ride.
Weight Limits: Some slides and rides have maximum weight limits for guest safety.
Age Restrictions: Certain rides are restricted to specific age groups and will be monitored by staff.
Guests unsure about any restriction should speak to a park attendant.
Guests with pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart problems, pregnancy, epilepsy, otitis) are strongly advised not to use water attractions.
Giwa Gardens and its affiliates cannot be held liable for medical complications arising from the use of its facilities.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access to rides.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times.
Guardians are responsible for their children’s conduct and safety.
Lost children should be reported immediately to Guest Services.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Secure lockers are available for. We recommend using them for phones, jewelry, and valuables.
The park is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Personal photography and video recording are permitted for private use.
Commercial filming, drones, or use of professional equipment require prior authorization.
The park may photograph or film guests for promotional purposes. Entry implies consent to the use of such media in marketing or legal documentation.
No outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, grills, or coolers allowed inside the park.
Food and beverages are available for purchase on the website and at the park restaurants.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
Water friendly outfits must be worn to access water zones.
No denim, buckles, buttons, zippers, or metal accessories on rides.
Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Guests who ignore safety rules or staff instructions may be ejected without refund.
Lifeguards and park officials’ instructions must be obeyed at all times.
Running, diving into shallow water, or horseplay is prohibited.
Guests enter the park and participate in activities at their own risk.
Giwa Gardens, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries or losses arising from improper use of equipment or non-compliance with rules.
By entering the premises, guests agree to a liability waiver and accept all posted safety instructions.
Management reserves the right to modify rules, temporarily close attractions, or refuse entry when necessary for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
Breach of any condition may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
