Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Height Restrictions: Some rides may have height restrictions, and guests must comply with these restrictions. If you are unsure about the restrictions, please ask a staff member, however, they will be clearly stated on the sign boards right next to each pool, slide, or ride.
2. Weight Limits: Some rides may have weight limits, and guests must comply with these limits. If you are unsure about the limits, please ask a staff member however they will be clearly stated on the sign boards right next to each pool, slide, or ride.
3. Age Restrictions: Some rides may have age restrictions, and guests must comply with these restrictions. If you are unsure about the restrictions, please ask a staff member however, they will be clearly stated on the sign boards right next to each pool, slide, or ride.
4. Health Issues: Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities should consult a physician before using the park’s attractions because Giwa Gardens cannot be held liable for accidents or complications as a result.
5. Responsibility for Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12.
6. Property: The park is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Please keep your property close to you and guarded.
7. Photography and Video: While you can take photos and videos of your experience at Giwa Gardens, the park reserves the sole right to record videos and take photos of guests using the park’s attractions. The park may choose to share these photos and videos with guests or use them for marketing and sales purposes or legal activities as evidence.
8. Prohibited Items: No outside food, beverages, or glass containers are allowed in the park. Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

1. You understand and acknowledge that using the Park’s attractions and facilities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death.

2. You understand and acknowledge that the Park has taken reasonable measures to ensure the safety of its attractions and facilities including the presence of qualified lifeguards and other safety measures.

3. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence at the Park and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any children in your care.

4. You hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the Park, its owners, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Park’s facilities, rides and attractions, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or death regardless of whether caused by the Park’s negligence or breach of contract.

5. You expressly waive any right to claim any damages or compensation from the Park for any injury, loss, or damage (including death) arising from or in connection with your use of the Park’s attractions and facilities.

6. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the Park’s terms and conditions of use, and agree to comply with them.

7. You agree that this waiver shall be binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

1. Giwa Gardens Water Park takes its reputation and integrity very seriously. You agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the Park, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates, either verbally or in writing, on any platform or medium, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, reviews, or videos.
2. You acknowledge that such statements may cause serious harm to the reputation and business of the Park and that the Park reserves the right to take legal action against you for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your defamation. You also agree to cooperate with the Park in removing or retracting any defamatory statements that you have made or caused to be made.
3. By entering the Park, you agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the Park’s reputation or the reputation of its owners, directors, employees and agent. The Park reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its interests and maintain the positive image of the Park.
4. You also acknowledge that the Park is not responsible for the content of statements made by other visitors to the Park, and any disputes arising from such statements shall be resolved between the parties involved.
5. You are encouraged to exercise caution and honesty when expressing opinions or sharing information relating to the Park. You are also encouraged to use common sense and discretion when making any statements about the Park online or in public.
6. If you have a concern about the Park, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address it appropriately.

All tickets purchased are non refundable however in the event where have to cancel a booking due to health and safety issues you are allowed to change your date to another date free of charge. Refunds cannot be made for health and safety concerns as your safety is our number one priority.

We do not allow food and drinks from outside the water park, you may be asked to leave or pay a ₦100,000 fine.
All foods and drinks consumed must be purchased within Giwa Gardens Water Park.
